Timothy G. Rogers

Chief Financial Officer
Timothy G. Rogers was appointed Chief Financial Officer of TSC effective September 25, 2007 and brings more than 23 years of business and financial expertise to the company. Rogers is a high energy and innovative executive who has successfully led teams that have delivered impressive turnaround results and significant gains in enterprise values for both service providers and product companies, primarily in the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining TSC, Rogers co-founded a healthcare service organization RX Solutions, Inc. where he served as Chief Financial Officer until its sale. Prior to that, Rogers served in various financial positions of increasing responsibility for service and product organizations where he consistently identified strategic problems and implemented solutions that resulted in significant revenue growth, improved staff efficiency and increased profits. At Option Care, Inc., Rogers was an integral member of the turnaround team, which increased enterprise value of the company over 750% during his tenure as Vice President/Controller.

Rogers began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen, LLP. He is a CPA and received his B.A. in Accounting from Illinois State University.
