Milton Silva-Craig

Milton Silva-Craig was appointed as the President and CEO of TSC effective December 4, 2006 and has over 15 years of business and consulting experience focused in the healthcare industry. Silva-Craig has a track-record of demonstrated success in rapidly growing and sustaining high technology businesses and is one of the leading experts in the field of medical imaging informatics. A noted speaker and author on the subject, he has actively been involved in the transformation of the industry over the past decade.

Previously, Silva-Craig spent 7 years at General Electric (1993 to 2001), running successful business units in e-Commerce, ASP hosting and digital imaging. He was trained under GE's acclaimed leadership program and held key positions in marketing and sales, business development, product development and operations. In 2001, he joined Emageon as Chief Operating Officer. Over the next five years he led their strategic direction and operations, growing revenues from several hundred-thousand dollars to its current run rate in excess of $100 million. For his efforts, he was promoted to Emageon's President in 2004 and played an instrumental role in leading them through their initial public offering in 2005.

Silva-Craig holds a B.A. in International Relations, an M.B.A. in International Business and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
