Chairman Previously, Dill served as vice president and chief information officer for Time Warner and was responsible for internet strategy, corporate office systems development/support and global network services. He chaired the company-wide IT Council charged with identifying, prioritizing and implementing enterprise infrastructure, technology architecture, information and security policies, and common applications. Dill also led the planning of the AOL Time Warner technology integration. Prior to Time Warner, Dill was senior vice president and chief information officer for McDonald’s Corporation. In this role, he was responsible for global IT planning, development and operations. Dill was accountable for linking technology to business strategy, prioritizing IT investments, identifying and implementing global shared systems and ensuring adoption of key technologies by more than 2000 franchisees. Dill also served as the head of Information Services for McGraw Edison, a diversified industrial and consumer manufacturing company with 15 decentralized business units, and was a consultant for Andersen Consulting. Dill serves as Managing Director and Founder of TriCour Partners, and is on the board of ThoughtWorks, Inc. and on the advisory board of Arxan Technologies, Inc. Dill graduated from Northwestern University and received a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois. |
